Personal Service Our personal service provides you with a phone contact who is an art specialist and can directly answer your question or get a prompt response to your questions concerning your selection, the artist, your order, framing, crating and shipping, and our guarantee. Order Processing When you are ready to order simply fill in the order form and submit it. If you have an E-Mail address we will confirm your order by E-Mail. If not, and you have a Fax, we will confirm your order by Fax. If not, we will confirm your order by Letter. |

Just click on the Add to Shopping Cart
button in the catalog for any item you want to order, the item is then placed
into your preliminary order form, waiting for your confirmation. When you are ready to check-out, just click on the CHECK OUT button in the shopping cart. Fill-out the order forms, clicking the CONTINUE button on each page and finally clicking on the CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE button. That's it! The transaction is secured using Verisign. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours by Express Mail, right to your door! |

Express. Checks are also accepted. Items will be sent after waiting 10 days for the check to clear your bank. Returning Art If the art you have selected and received does not meet your needs, and it has not been created just for your order, you may return it for any reason for a full refund anytime within 18 days from when it was received by you. The only risk you have is if the item is damaged due to your negligence. Each item shipped to you will have, attached to the shipping papers, a return label to insure that it is properly returned to us. Your only cost for transactions that result in returns is the cost of shipping the item back to our gallery. (The only exception is for large heavy sculptures where you will be required to pay the cost of shipping both ways.) Before you can return an item you must obtain an RMA number, (return material authorization). We must have this number attached to each item you return, one for each different item. This will enable us to properly track and credit the item. To get an RMA contact us by phone, fax, or email. |
