Art of Israel Gallery makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied. From date of shipment and for a period of 18 days thereafter, you may return any purchased item that has not been made specifically for your order for any reason, (except negligence) for a full refund to your credit card. Your only expense is the cost of shipping the returned item. For items returned, Art of Israel Gallery will assume the costs of the original shipment to you.

1. Items must be returned with packing slip and original box within 18 days of shipment.
2. All shipments are F.O.B. our shipper. All shipments are insured by us for at least the amount of your purchase. If damage does occur in shipment it is your responsibility to file a claim and recover the costs from the insurance company. Art of Israel will provide support for your claim.
3. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser’s credit card.
